Schedule Update: Kansas-Cornell Basketball Game Moved to January 6, Available on ESPN

The University of Kansas Athletics Department issued the following press release:

LAWRENCE, Kan. - Kansas’ men’s basketball game against Cornell in Allen Fieldhouse has been moved to Wednesday, January 6, KU associate athletics directory Larry Keating announced Monday. The contest will start at 7 p.m. (Central) and will be televised on Jayhawk TV and on the ESPN Full Court package. The game was originally scheduled to be played January 5. Preseason No. 1 by many services, Kansas returns all five of its starters and its top nine scorers from last season’s 27-8 team which won the school’s fifth straight Big 12 championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16.
