He wants to land at "a school hosting a good business program" and, although he isn't necessarily tied to it, his "parents would love that it not be too far from home."

Also on the topic of recruiting, a pair of young assistant coaches in the Ivy League are both currently recruiting and coaching against their Ivy League alma maters.

Mike Martin is an assistant coach for the Penn Quakers. He is a 2004 graduate of Brown University and a former guard for the Bears. After graduating Brown, Martin served as an assistant coach at his alma mater under Glen Miller. When Miller left the head coaching position at Brown to take head job at Penn, Martin followed along. The transition by the coaches was not taken well by some of the players at Brown. "When (Miller) goes to a rival school, in a way, you feel like it's betrayal," said former Brown player Damon Huffman to the Brown Daily Herald. According to the Brown Daily Herald, some Brown players disliked Miller because of his "hot temper" and used Miller's and Martin's move as extra motivation to try and knock off the Quakers during Ivy League play.

But Martin is not the only Ivy assistant coaching against his alma mater. Yanni Hufnagel is currently an assistant coach at Harvard. He is a 2006 graduate of Cornell with a bachelor of science degree from Cornell's prestigious School of Industrial and Labor Relations. While at Cornell, Hufnagel served as a student manager for one season with the Big Red.

Both Martin and Hufnagel play integral roles in recruiting efforts for their current employers.
