Recruiting News

Below, some recruiting news from around the Ivy League...

Northfield Mount Hermon (Mass.) School's Joe Sharkey, a 6'2" guard from the class of 2011 is visiting Princeton and Lafayette this weekend, while teammate Laurent Rivard, a 6'5" wing is at Bucknell.

New England Recruiting Report provides a brief update on the Winchendon (Mass.) School's Adam Kemp, a 6'9" post player, originally from Vernon Verona High School in upstate New York.

ChicagoHoops.com reports that Champaign Centennial High School's Jeff Johnson, a 6'8" forward committed to Eastern Kentucky. He had an offer from Penn and other mid majors.

Patrick Lewis-Perry, a 5'11" point guard in the class of 2011 from Flint Powers Catholic High School in Michigan has offers from Harvard, South Florida, Central Michigan, Oakland, Detroit and Ohio according to IrishIllustrated.com

According to TexasHoops.com, Barry McCary, a 6'6" power forward from Ranchview High School in Irving, Texas has interest from Wichita State, Tulane, Yale, San Diego, Texas State and Centenary. McCary already has been to Wichita State's elite camp, and Centenary is trying to set up a schedule for an official visit. He has no offers at this time.
