Mark Coury (No. 42), made a huge contribution of 9 points (4/8 FGs), 5 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 assist in 17 minutes on January 12, 2008 as his Kentucky Wildcats beat then undefeated No. 13 ranked Vanderbilt, 79-73 in overtime in front of 23,965 spectators in Rupp Arena and a CBS nationally televised audience.

Coury transferred to Cornell during January 2009. He commences play for the Big Red during the 2009-2010 season and retains two seasons of eligibility.
