Recruiting News

Below, some recruiting news from around the Ivy League. Above, Cornell's Adam Wire.

ChicagoHoops.com reports that Eric Dortch, a 6'3" postgrad forward from Evanston, Illinois and Wilbraham and Monson Academy in Massachusetts plans on attending the University of Pennsylvania Elite Camp during July 19-21.

Majok Majok, a 6'7" forward at the South Kent School in Vermont told NBEbasketball.com that he is hearing from Stanford, Marquette, Missouri, Arkansas, Oregon State, Minnesota, Providence, St. John’s and Harvard. He also said his top three would be Stanford, Harvard and Marquette.

NBEbasketball also reports that Miles Cartwright, a guard from Los Angeles Loyola High School has interest in Penn, Princeton, Stanford, Cal, Washington State, Oregon State and Oregon.

Aaron Bright, a 5'10" point guard from Bellevue, Washington told TheCardinalReport.com that he has offers from Stanford, San Diego, San Francisco and Harvard. Additionally, Baylor has shown high interest, as well as Washington and Gonzaga. Bright mentioned, however that he has applied to Stanford and may commit if admitted.

Kyle Tresnak, a 6'9" 225 post player from Horizon, Arizona told ArizonaVarsity.com, "I'm talking to Pepperdine, Yale, San Diego, Princeton, Wichita State, Portland, and UC Riverside." Rivals.com reports that Tresnak has a scholarship offer from Weber State.

Alex Tiffin, a 6'7" forward from Thousand Oaks (Calif.) High, told Scout.com, "UC Davis, San Jose State and Holy Cross have offered, I'm also hearing from St. Mary's -- I'm going to their camp this weekend. And Penn, Pepperdine and San Diego have been calling also."
