Recruiting News: Brown and Yale Get Commitments

Above, the John J. Lee Amphitheater, the home of Yale basketball. Below, some Ivy League recruiting news.

A source informed The Cornell Basketball Blog that Yale has verbal commitments from Will Bartlett, a 6'6" wing from the Collegiate School in New York City and Jesse Pritchard, a 6'4" guard from Ames, Iowa and the Blair Academy in Blairstown, New Jersey. Cornell recruited Pritchard a year ago when he attended Ames High School.

Another source informed The Cornell Basketball Blog that Sean McGonagil, a 6'1" guard from Riverside-Brookfield High School in Illinois committed to Brown last week. One Division I coach told us that McGonagil could be the best guard to commit to an Ivy program this season.
