On Friday night, Cornell recruit Josh Figini, a 6'8" forward from Chisago Lakes, Minnestoa was among forty of the state's outstanding senior boys basketball players competing in the 27th annual Minnesota High School All-Star Basketball Series.Figini had quite a night. First, he won the event slam dunk contest and then scored 18 points to lead all scorers and also blocked 2 shots as his Maroon All Star squad won its battle with the Green team, 107-88.
The All-Star event continues today on the campus of Macalester College in St. Paul.
