Yes, this is The Cornell BASKETBALL Blog, but we to congratulate yet another championship team from Cornell. This week the Big Red Women's Softball team clinched the Ivy title and is off to the NCAA Tournament! We also wish good luck to the Ivy League Champion Cornell Men's Lacrosse team as they head off as the No. 5 seed in the upcoming NCAA Tournament. Finally, we also congratulate the Cornell Men's Baseball team for its Gherig Division title and good effort in the Ivy League Playoffs.
Thus far, Cornell has captured eight (8) Ivy League championships during 2008-2009. Below is a list of Cornell Athletic teams that have captured league, regional or national championships.
