Jeff Goodman of FoxSports mentions Cornell's participation in the ECAC Holiday Festival in Madison Square Garden. Goodman also notes that Yale will participate in the Preseason NIT. Cornell was a participant last season in the NIT, finishing win a record of 3 wins and 1 loss against the field. Goodman notes:
The [Hofstra] Pride will play in the Preseason NIT in a pod at UConn along with Yale and Colgate – and will also play in the Holiday Festival at MSG along with Davidson, St. John’s and Cornell.
